Up first: Black Pepper. This spicy oil is often overlooked because people don’t like the scent. But I’m here to tell you that it is a powerful and very useful essential oil.

Black Pepper essential oil smells spicy, peppery, dry and quite earthy. It is a very strong scented oil
What can I use Black Pepper for?
- Poor circulation
Cardamom, clary sage, clove, frankincense, geranium, lavender, juniper, marjoram, myrrh, orange, nutmeg, rosemary, sage, sandalwood, tea tree, vetiver, ylang ylang (Mountain Rose Herbs)
Black Pepper essential oil is a great oil because it is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, helps improve blood flow and circulation, can help calm fevers and upset stomachs.
Black Pepper essential oil was used by the ancient Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks for a variety of needs.

4 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil
4 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
4 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
1 oz coconut oil
