Welcome to another Wellness Wednesday! It’s almost Mother’s Day and what does Mom need more than anything?
With that in mind, I’ve created this simple, DIY relaxation aromatherapy blend. It is made with exotic scents that will make her feel rejuvenated and invigorated.
2 drops Jasmine Essential Oil
2 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
1 drop Sandalwood Essential Oil
Blend together in the diffuser, or add to 4 oz of Mom’s favorite lotion.
There you have it! Now, if you aren’t a fan of “floral” smells, you can just skip the Jasmine and add more citrus oils like Lemon, Orange, Ylang-Ylang, or Neroli. It will give the blend a more fresh and brighter smell.
